Withdrawal from the Contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you
- in principle, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, for example, via email to: dariabarbarabartos@gmail.com.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts, from taking possession of the last goods, batch, or part.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.
Return the returned goods to us immediately at the following address: Ojca Andrzeja Cierpki 18c, 63-421 Dębnica, but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund your payments immediately in accordance with the terms set out in the Store Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
If we have not offered to collect the goods ourselves, we may withhold the refund of your payment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them back, whichever comes first.
Please note that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the following cases:
where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to your specifications or designed to meet your individual needs;
where the subject of the contract is a product that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
where the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons if the package is opened after delivery;
where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package if the package is opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following applies to the so-called "privileged buyer." If you are not a privileged buyer, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for detailed information on complaints.
If we do not properly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to submit a complaint – preferably by email to: dariabarbarabartos@gmail.com or by post to ul. Bursztynowa 3, 63-421 Wysocko Małe.
Generally, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years of that date.
Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation, you may request:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In certain cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a price reduction request
